A 2.5-hour all-you-can-drink course including 9 types of local sake from Echigo.We use plenty of luxurious ingredients, such as fresh abalone delivered that day and cooked right in front of you using the "jigoku-mushi" (hell-steaming) method, and domestic beef grilled with miso on a magnolia leaf.Enjoy a blissful time with cuisine that appeals to all five senses and fine wines.It's perfect for banquets such as farewell and welcome parties, as well as for entertaining important guests for business meetings and dinners.*Reception hours: Monday-Friday 17:00-23:00 / Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays 17:00-21:00
